The principle and characteristics of multifunctional crusher
Date: 2022-01-18Read: 8
The multifunctional crusher is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, pesticides, food, and grains, and has a wide range of uses.
The multifunctional crusher utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush the crushed material through a comprehensive effect of tooth impact, friction, and mutual impact. The structure is simple, sturdy, runs smoothly, and has good crushing effect. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by replacing the mesh screen with different aperture sizes.
The multifunctional crushing unit should have the following characteristics:
1. The working principle of this machine is that the material enters the crushing chamber and is crushed by the impact, shear, friction, and collision sound of the teeth between the high-speed rotating movable gear plate and the fixed gear plate. After being screened by a sieve, it becomes the required powder.
2. The pulverizer of this crushing unit and the vacuum cleaner of the material collection box are all made of stainless steel material. Meets the "GMP" requirements for drug production.
3. The GF300A2X and GF400A2X models are based on the GF300AX and GF400AX units with added water cooling devices. The GF300AX, GF400AX and GF300A2X, GF400A2X crushing units combine the crusher and collection box organically and adopt a vertical downward discharge structure, so that some materials with poor flowability can be crushed and discharged smoothly without powder accumulation inside the machine.
