Card type bottle filling machine is a specialized filling machine for liquid product cans and bottles such as beverages and seasonings. This device utilizes the principle of a chuck to rotate and move bottles into the filling area, then uses a gear pump to fill a predetermined amount of liquid into the bottles, and finally passes through a screw cap machine to seal the bottles, thus achieving the operation of the filling assembly line.
In modern industrial production, the emergence of filling machines has greatly improved filling efficiency and production benefits. The emergence of cartridge bottle filling machines has fully met the market demand and become a member of the filling industry.
The main body of the card type bottle filling machine equipment consists of the bottle outer part, chuck, turntable, horn shaped guide wheel, etc. It is equipped with a liquid pump, electrical control system, and pneumatic operation to form the filling device.

1. Bottle outer part
The outer shape of the bottle is the most important component of the equipment, mainly used for positioning and fixing the bottle. Among them, the outer part of the bottle includes: bottle positioning electric eye, bottle adjustment handle, bottle positioning dual cylinder, bottle positioning plate, etc.
Bottle positioning electric eye: located on the front side of the equipment, it controls the operation process of the equipment by sensing the bottles to be filled in the filling area.
Bottle adjustment handle: located on the side of the device, it can be manually adjusted to accommodate different types of bottles.
Bottle positioning dual cylinder: mainly used to fix the position of the bottle during cutting, ensuring that the bottle is in the appropriate position on the chuck.
Bottle positioning plate: After the dual cylinder positioning of the bottle body is completed, slide it to the center position of the equipment to align the bottle with the filling pump position.
2. Chuck
The chuck is located in the center of the equipment to achieve bottle positioning and turntable operation. The chuck is composed of wheels, support plates, support columns, etc., and can be rotated through motor control.
The specific function of the chuck is to sequentially feed the bottles into the filling area and transfer them to the pump according to the preset quantity and pitch.
3. Rotary table
The turntable is a crucial part of the filling equipment, mainly used to sequentially feed the bottles from the filling area into the screw cap machine working area and complete the filling process.
When the equipment turntable rotates, the bottle changes direction and begins to enter the next working area after it reaches the working area position. The turntable can be driven by a motor or a deceleration motor during operation.
4. Horn shaped guide wheel
The horn shaped guide wheel follows the end of the turntable and is mainly used to guide bottles from the turntable track into the screw capping machine working area. The horn shaped guide wheel is a curved plate that pushes the filled bottles out in an orderly manner according to the position of the nut, completing the final process of product packaging.
