After the device is started, if the water pump is already running but there is still water shortage inside the device and a water shortage alarm is issued, it is generally caused by the following reasons:

1. There is air inside the water pump, causing it to run idle;

2. The fuse is burnt out and the circuit is broken;

3. There is a foreign object stuck in the pump head;

4. Controller damage;

5. The water pump is worn out and the head has decreased;

To address the five possible issues mentioned above, the following corresponding methods need to be taken:

Firstly, open the drain screw of the water pump and drain it. Restart the device to replenish water;

Secondly, replace the fuse with a new one, check the circuit, and restart the equipment to replenish water if there are no issues;

Thirdly, open the pump head, remove the foreign object, reinstall it, and start replenishing water;

Fourth, replace the controller with a new one;

Fifth, replace the pump head or water pump with a new one.
