1、 Ultrasonic system malfunction

1. Spark oscillator or ceramic fragmentation

Phenomenon: Spark or ceramic material fracture occurs in the transducer oscillator.

Solution: Immediately disconnect the circuit connection of the damaged oscillator to avoid affecting the operation of other oscillators.

2. The oscillator is damp

Phenomenon: The insulation performance of the equipment decreases, affecting the ultrasonic intensity.

Solution: Use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance (>5 megohms). If it does not meet the standard, bake the entire transducer or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal.

3. Insufficient ultrasonic intensity

Phenomenon: The cleaning effect deteriorates.

Solution: Adjust the ultrasonic frequency to 40kHz and ensure that the concentration of the cleaning solution is ≥ 5% (6% citric acid or 1:1 baking soda white vinegar solution is recommended).

2、 Mechanical structural issues

1. Nozzle blockage or abnormal pressure

• Phenomenon: Poor water flow, insufficient or excessive pressure.

Solution: unclog the 0.8mm aperture nozzle; Adjust/replace pressure valve; Calibrate the pressure sensor.

2. Sealing ring leakage

Phenomenon: Leakage at the inlet and outlet.

Solution: Replace the cracked sealing ring; Spray gun thread wrapped with raw material tape to enhance sealing.

3. Corrosion or rusting on the surface of stainless steel

Phenomenon: Rust spots or corrosion marks appear on the inner wall.

Solution: For minor rusting, rinse with a hot water solution of sodium citrate to restore the original color; Severe corrosion requires polishing and painting with specialized stainless steel protective paint. Avoid contact with strong acid and alkali cleaning agents in daily life.

3、 Abnormal cleaning effect

1. Incomplete cleaning of materials

Phenomenon: Residual stains on medicinal herbs.

Solution: Correct the nozzle angle to 15 ° -30 °; Check if the high-pressure spray system is blocked.

2. Excessive vibration of the equipment

• Phenomenon: Abnormal shaking during operation.

Solution: Check if the equipment is placed horizontally; Tighten the belt pulley screws; Repair the shock absorber mechanism.

4、 Key points of daily maintenance

Rust and corrosion prevention: Cover the equipment with a protective cover after the work is completed; Regularly apply lubricant to valves and sealing rings to prevent them from getting stuck.
