The linear reciprocating cutting machine of Tianjin Bohai Xinmao Pharmaceutical adopts a special conveyor belt and a pressing mechanism combined with a cutting blade mechanism to achieve material cutting. Its working principle is that the conveyor belt and the pressing mechanism move the material in steps according to a set distance, and the cutting mechanism completes linear motion on the conveyor belt to cut the material.
Working principle of linear reciprocating cutting machine
Conveyor belt and pressing mechanism: The conveyor belt and pressing mechanism are driven by a stepper motor to gradually advance the material according to a preset distance.
Cutting mechanism: The cutting blade moves back and forth under the drive of the motor, synchronously cutting the material with the conveyor belt.
CNC system: Some models (such as QYS CNC linear reciprocating cutting machine) adopt PLC system and touch screen control, which can adjust parameters such as speed, frequency, and cutting length to achieve fully automatic production.
Application characteristics of linear reciprocating cutting machine
Scope of application: Suitable for cutting and processing medicinal materials such as leaves, skins, vines, roots, grasses, flowers, as well as agricultural and aquatic products.
• Cutting specifications: It can cut general decoction pieces such as 0.7-60mm pieces, segments, and strips, and can be used with a combination knife to cut 0.7-20mm polygonal granule decoction pieces.
Structural features: The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel material, which meets GMP requirements, is easy to clean, and has no vulnerable parts.
