1. Water source quality monitoring
The incoming water must meet the equipment requirements. If the hardness of the raw water is high, it is recommended to install a softener to prevent scaling; If there is residual chlorine, an activated carbon filter should be installed to protect the reverse osmosis membrane.
Regularly check the TDS value of the incoming water to avoid excessive impurity load affecting equipment performance.
2. Equipment operating environment
The equipment should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, avoiding high temperature, high humidity or direct sunlight, and leaving at least 50cm of space around for maintenance.
Keep the equipment clean to prevent dust accumulation from affecting operation.
3. Operating standards
Before starting up, check whether the pipelines and valves are tightened and whether the instrument display is normal; When shutting down, first close the inlet valve, and then cut off the power.
After water production, the water quality of the storage tank needs to be tested (TDS value should be 0ppm), and it can only be used after passing the test.
4. Consumables replacement and maintenance
Regularly replace the filter element, RO membrane, and EDI module to avoid water quality degradation caused by consumable failure.
After continuous operation, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the equipment and pipelines to prevent the growth of microorganisms.
5. Safety and emergency response
Wear protective equipment during operation and prohibit unauthorized disassembly of internal components or use of non specialized water sources.
Stop the machine immediately in case of malfunction, cut off water and electricity, and contact professional personnel for maintenance.
6. Recording and Verification
Regularly record equipment operating parameters and water quality testing results to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
Through standardized operation and regular maintenance, the stable operation and water quality safety of pharmaceutical pure water equipment can be guaranteed.
