•Air source system maintenance: Maintain stable air source pressure (0.4-0.6MPa), regularly discharge moisture and impurities from the filter, and check for air leaks or aging in the trachea.
Regular maintenance measures
Monthly maintenance:
•Lubricate transmission components such as valve stems and bearings, use specialized grease, and manually operate the valve to ensure even lubrication.
•Check the sealing performance of the valve seat, clean the impurities on the sealing surface, and prevent particles from affecting the sealing performance.
Quarterly maintenance:
