How should we clean the fully automatic capsule filling machine after using it? Here is a brief introduction to the cleaning method:
(1) Cleaning agents and disinfectants: drinking water, purified water, 75% ethanol.
(2) Cleaning tools: clean non silk cloth, vacuum cleaner, brush, cleaning basin, etc.
(3) Cleaning frequency: ① After each batch of production is completed; ② After each shift of continuous production is completed; ③ Cleaning and disinfection before and after production; ④ When changing varieties, specifications, and batch numbers, they must be cleaned; ⑤ After equipment maintenance, it must be cleaned and disinfected.
(4) Cleaning method: Follow the order of disassembly followed by washing, interior followed by exterior, and zero followed by finishing:
1) The cleaning steps for producing the same variety: ① First, use a vacuum cleaner and then a soft bristled brush to clean the residual powder in the powder filling device module; ② Remove the powder flushing rod, measuring plate, and powder hopper, take them to the cleaning room, rinse them with drinking water, rinse them clean with purified water, and dry them with a dry cloth. Wipe and disinfect with a cloth dipped in 75% ethanol; ③ The equipment parts that come into direct contact with drugs should be cleaned with purified water, wiped dry with a dry cloth, and then disinfected with a cloth dipped in 75% ethanol; ④ Clean the glass protective cover and equipment surface with purified water; ⑤ Clean up the site, and after passing the inspection, hang the "cleaned" status sign; ⑥ Fill in the cleaning record.
2) Cleaning steps for changing varieties: In addition to the cleaning steps for producing the same variety, the following work should also be done: ① Remove the capsule bucket and capsule funnel, take them to the cleaning room, rinse them clean with purified water, then dry them with a dry cloth, and finally wipe and disinfect them with a cloth dipped in 75% ethanol; ② Wipe the movable support of the cam disc with a cloth, then rinse it with purified water, dry it with a dry cloth, and finally wipe it with a cloth dipped in 75% ethanol for disinfection.
(5) Cleaning effect evaluation: The overall appearance of the machine is smooth and clean. Wipe all parts of the equipment with a clean white cloth, which should be free of color spots, stains, and residue marks.
