The process principle of pipeline emulsion pump is based on the mechanical shear force and fluid dynamics effect generated by high-speed rotation, achieving fine emulsification, dispersion and homogenization of materials. The specific process principle can be divided into the following four parts:
1、 Core structure and driving mechanism
1. Pump body structure: composed of pump body, stator, rotor, sealing device, and driving device.
2. Precision fit: The stator and rotor adopt a multi-layer dual bite design, forming a narrow and adjustable gap (usually in the micrometer range).
3. Power source: The driving device (such as an electric motor) drives the rotor to rotate at high speed (with a linear velocity of up to 10-40m/s), generating axial suction to suck the material into the pump chamber.
2、 Workflow
1. Inhalation stage: The rotor rotates at high speed to form negative pressure, and the material is sucked into the gap between the stator and rotor.
2. Emulsification stage:
The material is subjected to high-frequency shear, centrifugal compression, liquid layer friction, and turbulent impact in narrow gaps;
Multi stage rotating stator structure (such as three stages and twelve layers) refines particles step by step, forming a stable emulsion.
3. Discharge stage: The emulsified material is discharged from the outlet in a high turbulence state and can directly enter the subsequent process.
3、 Key process role
1. Shear and dispersion: The strong shear force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor shatters immiscible droplets or particles to the micrometer level.
2. Turbulent mixing: The turbulence and jet formed inside the pump chamber enhance the uniformity of material mixing.
3. Dynamic balance: There is a dynamic balance between jet and reflux in the stator side opening area, optimizing emulsification efficiency.
4. Temperature control: Some equipment is equipped with heating/cooling jackets to avoid material denaturation caused by high-speed shearing.
4、 Technical features
1. Continuous processing: directly connected to the pipeline, supporting online continuous production and eliminating batch differences.
2. Strong adaptability: capable of handling materials with viscosity ≤ 10000 CPS, suitable for liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, and gas-liquid systems.
3. Efficient and energy-saving: Variable frequency speed regulation optimizes energy consumption, and the three-stage emulsification structure shortens processing time to the minute level.
4. Sanitary design: Made entirely of stainless steel, in compliance with GMP standards, suitable for industries such as food and medicine.
5、 Typical application scenarios
1. Chemical industry: nano material dispersion, polymer lotion preparation;
2. Food: Emulsification of seasonings, homogenization of dairy products;
3. Medicine: vaccine adjuvants, liposome preparation;
4. Daily chemical products: cosmetics cream, toothpaste thickening.
Through the above process principles, the pipeline emulsion pump has achieved efficient and stable precision production requirements.
