The structural composition of the aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine mainly includes the following core modules:
1. Material conveying system
Includes unwinding device, brake, and cursor tracking device for precise conveying of PVC sheets and aluminum foil rolls, equipped with pressure adjustment and axial positioning functions.
2. Heating and Forming Module
The heating part uses electric heating elements to soften PVC sheets, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
The forming part forms bubble caps through vacuum adsorption or positive pressure blow molding, which are divided into two structures: drum type (high-speed production) and flat plate type (complex bubble caps).
3. Filling and heat sealing unit
The filling module uses a vibrating feeder or manual filling of drugs, with a filling error rate of less than 0.3%.
The heat sealing module adopts a mesh heat sealing plate and PID temperature control, and achieves aluminum foil PVC sealing by double circular rollers or flat plate pressure, with a temperature range of 120-140 ℃.
4. Punching and Control System
The punching module is completed by a hydraulic driven cutting mechanism, with a maximum punching force of 8 tons, and synchronously imprinting batch numbers.
The control system integrates PLC, touch screen, and servo motor, supporting 30 parameter presets and photoelectric alignment detection (error<0.5mm).
5. Auxiliary functional components
Including cooling system, waste recycling device, and vacuum module (some models), used to improve packaging quality and efficiency.
