1. When the centrifuge needs to be placed, it should be placed on a horizontal ground, and the horizontal position of the flat plate should be ensured as much as possible. There should be no gap between the lower plane of the four seismic feet and the ground in contact.
2. After determining the position, fix the foot screws at the seismic foot screw holes (expansion screws can be used for fixation)
3. After connecting the machine to the power supply, it is necessary to check the operation of the motor and follow the direction instructions in the manual. Before running the machine, be sure to push the pin into the pin slot. The starting method is to turn on the power, then press the "low speed" button on the frequency converter panel, and the machine will start. Generally, the operation is carried out in three gears: high, medium, and low. Normally, it starts at low speed, starts feeding at medium speed, dehydrates at high speed, and starts the flat bag centrifuge in this order!
4. Attention: The electrical box control cabinet should be placed on site according to the needs of the site. If there are flammable or explosive gases or liquids on the production site, explosion-proof operation buttons need to be installed on the production site!
5. When installing the filter cloth, it is necessary to place it evenly. When tightening the buckle screws, do not shrink the filter cloth together. Pull it evenly. When placing it in the drum, try to stick it to the drum wall as much as possible to form a style that is integrated with the drum!
6. The flat bag centrifuge should adopt a dynamic feeding method as much as possible, which means that after the machine is running, it starts feeding after the speed reaches the feeding speed, which is more conducive to separation!
7. During production operations, it is forbidden to open the lid while the drum is still rotating. If you need to open the lid, you need to wait for the machine to stop before doing so!
8. Determine the shutdown time based on observing the flow rate of the drain pipe. When the drain pipe does not discharge water, it proves that the liquid has been shaken dry. You can press the 'shutdown' button on the electrical box, and the centrifuge will slowly stop!
9. After the flat hanging bag centrifuge stops, release the lid lock hook, open the lid, pull out the pin from the slot, hang it on the lifting plate with a lifting device, and then lift out the material.
10. After lifting the material to the unloading position, open the lifting device, unload the material, then lift it back into the drum, insert the pin, apply the filter cloth, and cover it to complete!
