The maintenance method of the fully automatic horizontal box packing machine needs to be combined with daily operation, periodic inspection, and maintenance of key components. The specific process is as follows:
1、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning and Inspection
Clean the surface dust and residual materials (such as paper scraps and glue) of the equipment after daily shutdown, with a focus on cleaning the conveyor belt, molds, suction box parts, and photoelectric sensor lenses;
Remove residual paper boxes from the silo, check the integrity of the safety cover and the function of the emergency stop button.
2. Lubrication management
Add food grade lubricating oil (silicone grease or lithium grease) to moving parts such as chains, guide rails, bearings, etc;
Check the lubrication of pneumatic components and replenish pneumatic special oil if necessary.
3. Gas path maintenance
Discharge the accumulated water in the air filter for each shift and confirm that the air pressure is stable (usually 0.5-0.7MPa);
Check the sealing of the tracheal joint to prevent mechanical abnormalities caused by air leakage.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Weekly maintenance
Clean the vacuum filter and compressed air filter screen, and check the wear of the suction cup (if it is severely worn, it needs to be replaced);
Add No.1 extreme pressure lithium grease to the cam, bevel gear, and transmission chain.
2. Monthly maintenance
Check the tightness of the belt and chain (no obvious deviation when pressed with fingers), lubricate the transmission rod and torque limiter clutch;
Replace the air filter and check the wear of the box opener.
3. Quarterly/Annual Maintenance
Check the looseness of transmission components every three months, adjust chain tension, and replace motor belts;
Add MP lubricating oil to the bearings every six months and replace them according to the wear condition;
Check the insulation and grounding performance of the electrical system during annual shutdown, and replace vulnerable parts (such as sealing rings).
3、 Key component maintenance
1. Lubrication specifications
Cam groove and gear: Add MP lubricating grease every half month;
Bearings: Remove old oil and add lubricating oil every six months.
2. Pneumatic system
Clean the filter of the vacuum adsorption module every 2-3 weeks to maintain stable negative pressure;
Regularly remove dust from the solenoid valve to avoid sticking of the valve core.
3. Security protection
Manually shake the machine 3-4 times before starting up each day to confirm that there is no blockage in the transmission;
Regularly verify sensor sensitivity to prevent misoperation.
4、 Special maintenance requirements
1. Long term shutdown maintenance: Apply rust proof oil to parts that are prone to rusting, and regularly test the control system with power on;
2. Fault handling: After abnormal shutdown, it is necessary to have professional personnel investigate and it is forbidden to forcefully disassemble the transmission mechanism.
