1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that the power supply voltage is stable at 380V ± 10% and the gas source pressure reaches the standard value of 0.6-0.8MPa.
Check the lubrication status of the chain and guide rail, clean up foreign objects on the conveyor belt, and test the sensitivity of the emergency stop button.
2. Material configuration
Stack the flat cardboard boxes in a uniform direction into the storage compartment, adjust the spacing between the baffles to the thickness of the cardboard boxes+1-2mm gap.
The products are arranged according to specifications on the feeding track to ensure that they match the size of the paper box and flow smoothly.
3. Parameter preset
Set the box loading speed (usually 50-100 boxes/minute), sealing temperature (hot melt glue gun recommended 180-220 ℃), and bundling tension parameters through the touch screen.
2、 Startup and Running Operations
1. Startup initialization
Start the PLC control system to complete the equipment self-test, enter manual mode to test the coordination of actions such as opening boxes, pushing materials, and bundling.
During the trial operation phase, place the test paper box to verify the folding accuracy and the tightness of the strapping.
2. Formal production
Switch to automatic mode to start the conveyor belt, and the material and paper box are accurately aligned through photoelectric sensors.
Monitor the box filling qualification rate (recommended ≥ 99.5%) and the tying machine knot success rate, and immediately trigger a shutdown alarm if three consecutive non conformities are found.
3、 Dynamic adjustment during operation
1. Parameter optimization
When changing the size of the paper box: synchronously adjust the width of the guide rail, the stroke of the push rod, and the parameters of the touch screen box.
Poor sealing treatment: Clean the hot melt glue gun nozzle or increase the sealing wheel pressure to 15-20N/cm ².
2. Fault intervention
Card box handling: After pausing the equipment, manually clean the blocked area and check if the vacuum degree of the suction cup is ≥ -0.06MPa.
Strapping abnormality: Calibrate the strapping tension sensor to ensure that the pressure value is within the range of 20-30kgf.
4、 Key points for bundling and sealing operations
1. Binding mode selection
Conventional products use the cross tying method, and fragile items are reinforced in a cross shape.
Adjust the welding time of the strapping according to the thickness of the cardboard box (usually 0.5-1.2 seconds).
2. Quality verification
Sampling inspection of sealing strength: The vertical lifting test should withstand 3 times the weight of the product for 1 minute without cracking.
5、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. Standardize the shutdown process
After clearing the conveyor belt material, perform a deceleration shutdown, register the production data of this shift, and backup the parameters.
Before cutting off the power and air supply, lubricate the guide rail slider and remove any plastic debris from the strapping machine cutter.
2. Periodic maintenance
Replace the lubricating oil of the gearbox every 500 hours and calibrate the photoelectric sensor to detect a distance error of ≤± 0.5mm.
6、 Safety regulations
1. Operators are required to wear cut resistant gloves and are prohibited from adjusting moving parts while the equipment is in operation.
2. High temperature components are equipped with isolation covers, and the cooling system is automatically turned on when the working area temperature of the hot melt glue gun exceeds 60 ℃.
