1、 Preparation before use
1. Confirm equipment: Check the equipment name, specifications, cleanliness, damage, and leakage in the air supply pipeline.
2. Preparation of raw materials: Place the materials to be processed in the batching bucket as required. If they need to be mixed evenly, turn on the mixer.
3. Turn on water, electricity, and gas sources: Confirm that all equipment is ready, first turn on the water supply, cold water, and circulating water switches, then turn on the power switch, wait for the equipment to preheat, turn on the steam switch, and wait for the pressure to stabilize before starting operation.
2、 Operation process
1. Operation panel: Operate according to the instructions on the operation panel in the device manual.
2. Control parameters: The equipment provides multiple control parameters such as feed rate, steam pressure, circulating water temperature, vacuum degree, etc., which are set according to the requirements of the materials to be processed and the equipment.
3. Feeding: Add materials quantitatively according to the requirements of the operation panel.
4. Start Concentrating: After setting the control parameters, press the "Start/Stop" button to start the concentrator working normally.
5. Monitoring parameters: Regularly observe the data of control parameters, and promptly handle any abnormalities.
6. Complete concentration: After the concentration is completed, turn off the gas source, power source, and water source in sequence, and maintain the equipment according to the regulations.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the equipment, try to keep it clean and dry, add appropriate lubricants according to regulations, and keep the equipment in good working condition.
2. Regular inspection: Inspect and maintain the electrical components, mechanical components, and air supply pipelines of the equipment to ensure stable, reliable, and safe operation.
3. Replace accessories: Replace vulnerable parts according to the equipment instructions to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
4. Regular calibration: Conduct regular checks and calibrations on the measurement system, control system, safety protection system, etc. of the concentrator to ensure the concentration efficiency of the equipment.
