1、 Preparation before operation:
1. Prepare necessary operating tools such as wrenches, pipe clamps, etc.
2. Ensure that there is no shortage of oil in the gearbox, machine base bearings, and kettle sealing oil box.
3. After confirming that the transmission part is intact, jog the motor and check if the mixing shaft rotates clockwise. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.
4. Use nitrogen (compressed air) to test for leaks, check if the inlet valve on the pot is leaking internally, and if there are any leaks at the relevant dynamic and static sealing points. Use a direct vent valve to release pressure and see if the pressure can be quickly released.
2、 Operation steps
1. Feed according to the process operation procedures and start the mixing operation
2. The reaction kettle must strictly follow the process operating procedures during operation, and it is strictly prohibited to operate beyond the specified temperature, pressure, or load. In case of abnormal situations such as overheating, pressure, or load, corresponding measures should be taken immediately according to the process regulations, and reactions exceeding the specified liquid level in the pot are prohibited.
3. Strictly follow the material ratio specified in the process, and evenly control the feeding and heating rate to prevent severe reactions in the kettle caused by incorrect ratio or too fast feeding, resulting in abnormal situations such as overheating, overpressure, overload, etc., which may cause equipment safety accidents.
4. When the equipment is heated or cooled, the operation must be smooth to avoid sudden superposition of temperature difference stress and pressure stress, which may cause deformation or damage to the equipment.
5. Strictly implement the handover management system, include the operation and condition of equipment in the handover, and prevent abnormal situations and equipment accidents caused by unclear handover.
3、 Parking steps
1. After processing the reaction gold material according to the process operating procedures, stop stirring and inspect, clean or blow off the relevant pipelines and equipment. After confirming that they are qualified according to the process operating procedures, prepare for the next cycle of operation.
2. Strictly implement shift handover system and record equipment operation status.
