The compact and sturdy design of the 11-D combines all the advantages of the previous portable GRIMM aerosol spectrometer, improving the performance of the optical detection chamber, longer battery life, and easier operation, making the 11-D a leader in portable aerosol particle size spectrometers. 11-D can detect every particle in real-time, with a particle size range of 0.25 μ m~35 μ m and 31 particle size channels. Users can obtain and verify monitoring data in real-time in the studio through a computer, and in addition, the data can be stored on a memory card.
The measured results are displayed in real-time by counting or mass concentration, and the detected gases can be collected on a 47mm PTFE filter membrane for further chemical, microscopic, or gravity analysis. Using a constant velocity sampling probe, it can collect airflow of 4~25m/s and directly collect the gas before and after filtration from the pipeline in the airway.
