The cleanroom particle microanalysis aerosol analyzer uses QCM electronic sensors to measure the particle size and concentration of particles/aerosols in the air in real time. The low-pressure impact technology based on the principle of inertial impact is used to collect particle/aerosol samples in stages according to particle size. Crystals with samples can be directly inserted into an electron microscope for scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis.

Case

Doctors and scientists at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center used a QCM aerosol particle size concentration analyzer to monitor blood aerosols caused by surgical equipment and found that blood aerosols could be inhaled by staff.

2. The US Navy will use the QCM aerosol particle size concentration analyzer to monitor the air inside submarines and provide support for improving air purifiers.

3. The QCM aerosol particle size concentration analyzer is used on many research aircraft, including NASA's U-2 and ER-2 aircraft, to monitor the upper atmosphere particle plumes during volcanic eruptions.
