The cleanroom particle microanalysis aerosol analyzer uses QCM electronic sensors to measure the particle size and concentration of particles/aerosols in the air in real time. The low-pressure impact technology based on the principle of inertial impact is used to collect particle/aerosol samples in stages according to particle size. Crystals with samples can be directly inserted into an electron microscope for scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis.

Characteristic
Automatic and rapid measurement of aerosol particle size distribution and mass concentration (μ g/m)3)
Without the need for additional weighing, the mass concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 can be directly calculated
Real time QCM (quartz crystal microbalance) quality sensor
Low aerosol concentration measurement and wide concentration measurement range: 5-1000 µ g/m3Can monitor gaseous aerosols and relatively clean environments
Small particle size can be monitored, with sample particle size as low as 100nm
Automatically control sampling time to prevent QCM overload
Data printing output (particle size distribution bar chart, mass concentration of different particle sizes, sampling time, date)
Computer interface for data collection
The sampling disk can be directly placed into electron microscopes and X-ray scanners for in-depth analysis of the electronic and physicochemical properties of particles
Long term record and wide application
Application

Inhalation toxicology study
Smoke measurement, atmospheric measurement, automotive measurement
Industrial hygiene and occupational safety assessment
Indoor and outdoor air quality analysis
