1、 Equipment Overview and Scope of Application

The 30B universal crusher adopts the principle of high-speed impact+shear composite crushing, suitable for coarse, medium and fine crushing of brittle, tough or fibrous dry materials with Mohs hardness ≤ 5. Typical applications include:

The 30B universal crusher mainly consists of the following parts:

During work, materials are added from the top and quickly crushed under the impact, friction, and shear of high-speed rotating hammers and knives. Qualified fine powder is discharged through the sieve under the drive of centrifugal force and negative pressure airflow, while coarse particles continue to circulate and crush in the crushing chamber until they are all sieved. The entire process is continuous, efficient, and has minimal dust.
