1、 Working principle and structural composition

Boiling drying equipment based onFluidization technologyAfter being filtered through three stages of primary, medium, and high efficiency, clean hot air is sent by a fan to the heater for heating, and then evenly enters the drying room from the bottom porous distribution plate (or gap type air cap). When the airflow velocity reaches the critical fluidization velocity, wet particles are in a "boiling" state under the action of hot air - suspended, rolling, and fully exposed to hot air. Moisture quickly vaporizes and is discharged with exhaust gas, thereby achieving efficient heat and mass transfer.

The whole machine is mainly composed of the following modules:
