2、 Working principle
The rotary granulator is based on mechanical transmission, and the drum rotates on its own under the action of friction. After the powdered material is added, it is discharged from the sieve holes under the positive and negative rotation of the rotating drum, thereby forming particles. By adjusting the tightness of the sieve and the speed of the drum, the particle size and density can be controlled to a certain extent.
3、 Structural Design

Screen clamping device: located on both sides of the rotating drum, made of steel pipe, with a long groove in the middle. The two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove. The screen can be wrapped around the outer circle of the drum by rotating the flower shaped handwheel, and the tightness can be adjusted, making it convenient to replace different mesh screens according to different materials and granulation requirements.
Gearbox and transmission system: Adopting worm gear transmission with a speed ratio of 1:12, the oil storage inside the box can ensure good lubrication and no noise of the gears. The mirror on the box can observe the operation and oil storage level. The outer end of the worm gear is equipped with an eccentric shaft, which drives the rack to make reciprocating motion, providing stable power transmission for the entire granulation process.
