Introduction and application scope of planetary mixer products

1、 Product Definition and Core Structure

The planetary mixer is an industrial equipment designed specifically for mixing high viscosity, multiphase materials. Its core feature is the planetary motion trajectory of the mixing blade - the mixer rotates at different speeds while revolving around the axis of the kettle body, forming a three-dimensional mixing effect. Typical structures include:

Low speed paddle: frame, butterfly or Fried Dough Twists paddle, responsible for axial/radial flow of materials;

High speed dispersing disc: serrated or turbine design, achieving shear dispersion (line speed up to 20-50m/s);

Scraping device: The elastic scraper is tightly attached to the kettle wall, eliminating dead corners and residues (scraping gap ≤ 3mm);

3. Auxiliary system: jacket temperature control (thermal oil/steam/cold water circulation), vacuum defoaming (-0.098MPa), CIP cleaning module.

1.Mixing efficiency

Shear convection synergistic effect: When the dispersed disk line speed reaches 30m/s, the shear rate exceeds 10 ⁴ s ⁻¹, and particles with a diameter of 500 μ m can be refined to 5 μ m within 30 minutes;

Design: The gap between the stirring blade and the kettle body is ≤ 5mm, and the mixing uniformity (CV value) is ≤ 3%, which is 50% higher than traditional equipment.

2.Process adaptability

Viscosity range: 10000-1000000 CP (extended to 2 million CP by adjusting the blade clearance to 0.5-5mm);

Temperature control: ± 1 ℃ precise temperature control, supporting a wide range of working conditions from -50 ℃ to 300 ℃;

Vacuum defoaming: effectively removes solvent residues (vacuum degree ≤ -0.095MPa), suitable for sensitive materials such as lithium battery slurries.

Variable frequency speed regulation (50-300rpm stepless adjustment)+PLC control system, pre-set with 20 sets of process parameters;

Real time monitoring of torque, temperature, and vacuum degree, with automatic shutdown protection for abnormal situations.
