1、 Product Definition and Core Design

The small 5L planetary mixer is an efficient mixing equipment designed specifically for laboratories and small to medium batch production. Its planetary motion mode can achieve three-dimensional circulation mixing of materials. The equipment adopts a U-shaped stainless steel mixing tank (volume 5L, loading factor 70%), equipped with three sets of planetary mixing arms (revolution speed 15-60rpm/rotation speed 30-120rpm) for differential adjustment. The mixing tank and mixing arm are both made of 316L stainless steel material, with a surface treated by electrolytic polishing (Ra ≤ 0.3 μ m), in compliance with FDA, GMP, and EU CE certification standards.

Dual mode thermal oil circulation with jacket and coil (optional low-temperature cooling module), temperature range covering -50 ℃~300 ℃, temperature control accuracy ± 0.3 ℃;

Equipped with high-sensitivity PT100 sensor, real-time feedback adjustment to avoid material thermal degradation.

Mixed mechanism

Planetary mixing arm design, achieving radial/axial composite motion, with a shear rate of up to 1500s ⁻¹;

The vacuum degree can reach -0.098MPa (optional rotary vane pump), eliminating bubbles and suitable for mixing highly active ingredients.

3、 Selection and usage suggestions

Material adaptability

High viscosity materials (>500000cps): Use large-diameter blades with a diameter of 80mm to increase shear force;

Thermally sensitive component: Enable low-temperature cooling module (requires external cooling source) to avoid local overheating.

Standard emergency stop button, overload protection, and temperature over limit alarm;

Explosion proof scenarios can be equipped with ATEX certified motors (Ex d IIB T4 Gb)

Maintenance points

After each batch is completed, it is necessary to idle for 5 minutes to clean up any residue;

Calibrate the temperature sensor quarterly (with an error of ≤± 0.5 ℃).
