A jacketed reactor is a chemical reaction equipment that achieves precise temperature control through a jacketed heat transfer system. It is widely used in liquid-phase or gas-liquid reaction processes in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food. Its core structure includes:
1. Kettle body: made of 304/316L stainless steel or carbon steel material, designed pressure range of 0.1-3.0MPa, volume coverage of 50L-50000L, customizable design of inner coil tube or outer half tube structure
2. Jacket system: A closed space surrounding the outer wall of the kettle, which is filled with steam, thermal oil or cooling water to achieve heating (up to 300 ℃) or cooling (-20 ℃) functions, with a heat transfer efficiency 40% higher than traditional single-layer kettles
3. Mixing device: equipped with anchor type, paddle type, turbine type or screw type mixing paddles, with adjustable speed range of 50-3000rpm, to enhance material mixing and mass transfer efficiency
4. Intelligent control system: Integrated PLC+7-inch touch screen, supports real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and speed, equipped with PID algorithm and safety interlock protection (such as over temperature pressure relief, overload shutdown)
Stainless steel jacket heating reactor
1. Efficient heat exchange capacity
The gap between the jacket and the kettle body is controlled at 3-5mm, and with the circulation of thermal oil (thermal conductivity 0.12-0.15W/m · K), it can complete the heating of 2000L of material from 20 ℃ to 180 ℃ in 15 minutes
Support multi zone temperature control (such as segmented heating/cooling), with temperature fluctuations of ≤± 1 ℃, to avoid side reactions caused by local overheating
2. Strong process adaptability
Viscosity range: 50-5000000 CPS, suitable for high viscosity materials such as epoxy resin and lithium battery slurry by adjusting the gap between the stirring blades (0.5-15mm)
Vacuum degree: up to -0.098MPa, meeting the requirements of vacuum distillation, defoaming and other processes
Corrosion resistance: Available in Hastelloy, Titanium, or PTFE lined materials, resistant to strong acids (such as concentrated sulfuric acid), strong alkalis (such as 50% NaOH), and organic solvent corrosion
3. Modular expansion design
Support external spray cooling, gas bubbling, online sampling and other modules, suitable for complex processes such as polymerization reactions and suspension crystallization
Can integrate CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization system, in compliance with GMP cleanliness standards
