Shanghai Huazheng Special Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has jointly designed and launched a 360kw approval free electric boiler through the technical department. This design is innovative, with multiple furnace chambers and a water volume of less than 30L. It belongs to the national exemption from boiler inspection products and does not require approval or boiler room construction. It greatly facilitates users, eliminates the trouble of hiring a boiler operator, and eliminates the need to worry about tedious annual inspections.
The heart of the Tian Shen boiler is equipped with electric heating tubes, and the electric heating technology of nuclear submarines is used for civilian products, ensuring a service life of more than two years and establishing the position of Tian Shen boiler technology. The nickel chromium alloy electric heating wire can withstand high temperatures of over 1000 ℃, and its service life is 5-10 times longer than traditional ones, eliminating the trouble of customers frequently replacing electric heating tubes. The application of anode magnesium rod technology ensures that electric heating elements do not scale.
