Huazheng BoilerIt is an energy converter that uses the thermal energy released by fuel combustion or other thermal energy to heat working fluid water or other fluids to a certain parameter.
1、 Inspection before ignition
1. Furnace inspection: There are no debris or dust accumulation inside the combustion chamber, there is no short circuit in the flue wall, the heating surface is clean, the water-cooled wall, convection pipe, and sewage pipe are intact, the fire hole and manhole are intact, there are no cracks in the furnace wall, and the burner is working normally. 2. Flue inspection: The flue is clean and free of dust accumulation, and the baffle is flexible and well sealed.
3. When entering the furnace and flue for inspection, a dedicated person must be outside to supervise.
4. Fire inspection: (1) The furnace wall, fire viewing hole, and manhole are tight and leak free, the air regulator is flexible, the insulation of each part is intact and undamaged, all components and parts are complete, the ladder and railing are intact, the passage is free of debris accumulation, and the lighting equipment is intact. (2) The explosion-proof door is intact (3) The safety valve has a calibration label and is intact and sensitive
5. The water level indicators on both sides are consistent, with no leakage, clear liquid level display, sufficient lighting, complete and firm pipeline supports and hangers, and intact insulation layer.
6. The sampling and dosing equipment and accessories are in good condition.
7. The warning signs for pressure gauges, temperature gauges, and water level gauges are standardized, and all instruments are complete, flexible, and accurate, with sufficient lighting.
2、 Preparation before boiler ignition
1. After the inspection is completed, start adding qualified water to the boiler. The water temperature should meet the requirements of the manual, and the water should be added slowly. It should take no less than 2 hours in summer and no less than 3 hours in winter
2. When the water level rises to one-third of the water level gauge, the water supply should be stopped, and the joint surfaces of the holes, covers, flanges, plugs, and drain valves should be checked for any leakage or seepage. If the water level drops, the cause of the fault must be identified and eliminated in a timely manner. 3. Newly installed boilers and boilers with rebuilt furnace walls must undergo baking work. The relevant systems (pipelines) of the boiler to be dried must be separated from other boilers undergoing maintenance or installation. The temperature, boiler pressure, and drying time of the oven must be carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3、 Boiler ignition
1. Check that all system equipment is in the standby state, all valve switches are in the correct position, gas and fuel meet the requirements, and all instrument indications are correct. Then ignite in the order of ignition. When igniting, the fan baffle should be turned to the minimum, the flue baffle should be turned on, and ventilation should be carried out for no less than 15 minutes. Then ignite according to the operating steps of different furnace types.
2. When igniting, attention should be paid to monitoring the combustion situation. If the ignition fails or a fire is extinguished, the fuel supply should be immediately stopped, the ignition should be stopped, the induced draft baffle should be turned up, and the ventilation should be carried out according to regulations before reigniting When igniting, stand on the side of the ignition door and it is strictly prohibited to open the fuel valve before ignition.
3. When the boiler is put into operation, the hot water boiler should first start the circulating water pump, and only after the system is fully circulated can the furnace temperature be increased.
4、 Adjustments during operation
1. The stoker must achieve "five diligence" and "six stability": frequent inspection, frequent observation of fire, frequent contact, frequent analysis, frequent adjustment, and stable steam pressure, steam temperature, steam drum water level, stable wind pressure combustion, stable fuel, and stable load increase and decrease.
2. The water level should be kept within a range of 25cm below the visible edge of the upper part of the water level gauge and 25cm above the visible edge of the lower part of the water level gauge. The water level should be adjusted slowly and evenly, and the water level gauge should be kept flexible and intact. The water level gauge should be flushed at least twice per shift, and the water level alarm should undergo an audio light (alarm) test every shift
Shanghai Huazheng Boiler Product Introduction
In a broad sense, a steam generator is a boiler. In a broad sense, a boiler is an energy conversion device that inputs energy into the boiler in the form of chemical energy from fuel, electrical energy, and thermal energy from high-temperature flue gas. After being converted by the boiler, it outputs steam, high-temperature water, or organic heat carriers with a certain amount of thermal energy.

Shanghai Huazheng BoilerProduct Description
The boiler defined in the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment refers to equipment that uses various fuels, electricity, or other energy sources to heat the contained liquid to a certain parameter and output heat energy to the outside. Its scope is defined as a pressure steam boiler with a water storage volume greater than or equal to 30L at the highest safe water level; Pressure bearing hot water boilers with an outlet water pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) and a rated power greater than or equal to 0.1 MW; Organic heat carrier boiler. The concept of a boiler also includes its safety accessories, safety protection devices, and facilities related to safety protection devices. A boiler is a mechanical device that uses the thermal energy of fuel or other energy sources to heat water into hot water or steam. The original meaning of a pot refers to a container for heating water over a fire, while a furnace refers to a place where fuel is burned. A boiler consists of two main parts: a pot and a furnace.
Product Description
The hot water or steam generated in the boiler can directly provide the required thermal energy for industrial production and people's daily life, and can also be converted into mechanical energy through steam power devices, or converted into electrical energy through generators. The boiler that provides hot water is called a hot water boiler, which is mainly used in daily life and has a small application in industrial production. The boiler that produces steam is called a steam boiler, often abbreviated as a boiler, and is commonly used in thermal power plants, ships, locomotives, and industrial and mining enterprises.
