1、 Product Definition and Core Principles

A strong disperser is an efficient mixing device that uses a high-speed rotating dispersing disk to generate strong shear force, uniformly dispersing solid particles (such as pigments, fillers, drug powders, etc.) into liquid media (such as solvents, resins, water), and solving the problem of material agglomeration. The core principle is to utilize the relative high-speed motion between the dispersing disk and the material, and break the van der Waals forces between particles through shearing, collision, cavitation, etc., to achieve rapid wetting and homogenization of the solid-liquid interface.

The equipment usually consists of a high-speed motor (1000-3000rpm), a dispersing shaft, a dispersing disk (serrated/disc/turbine), a closed kettle body (optional jacket heating/cooling), an intelligent control system (variable frequency speed regulation, torque monitoring), and other parts. The design of the key component dispersing disk (such as tooth angle, diameter, clearance) directly affects the shear efficiency and is the core determining the dispersing effect.

1.shearing capacity

The line speed of the dispersing disc can reach 20-50m/s (ordinary mixers only 5-10m/s), and the shear rate can reach 10 ⁴ -10 ⁵ s ⁻¹. It can refine particles with a diameter of 100 μ m to 1-5 μ m within 5-30 minutes (customized models are required for nanoscale dispersion).

2. Efficient dispersion uniformity

Adopting a "radial+axial" composite flow design, the material forms turbulent circulation inside the kettle, coupled with the "tearing throwing" effect of the dispersing disk, the dispersion uniformity (CV value) can reach ≤ 3% (traditional equipment ≥ 10%).

Viscosity range: 50-5000000 cps (can handle high viscosity materials such as ink and ceramic slurry by replacing the dispersion disk gap or increasing auxiliary pump circulation);

Temperature control: The jacket supports the circulation of thermal oil/steam/cold water (-50 ℃~300 ℃) to prevent the decomposition of heat sensitive materials;

Explosion proof design: Optional ATEX certified motor (Ex d IIB T4 Gb), suitable for dispersing organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone.
