Description: The total carbon hydrogen analyzer is an instrument mainly used to determine the content of carbon and hydrogen in coal and other organic matter. A quantitative sample is burned in an oxygen stream, and the generated water and carbon dioxide are absorbed by a water absorbent and a carbon dioxide absorbent, respectively. The carbon and hydrogen content in coal is calculated based on the increment of the absorbent.

Compared with similar products, the LCD touch display screen can be adjusted at any time and has precise readings. AGC company mainly engages in impurity analysis in high-purity gases (99.99% -99.99999%), with sensitivity accurate to ppb level. The smallest detection line can reach 30ppb, and the ultra-high sensitivity and high detection range of the detection line have won high praise from the industry.

Built in FID detector, using digital ignition, can observe whether the flame is successfully ignited through the touch display screen, stable ignition gas path, flame extinguishing, alarm activation will automatically cut off the gas and sample gas paths.

All pipelines are equipped with flow controllers and have 20 fault codes, which can be quickly identified and corrected.

Fault, the system alarm relay provides passive contacts, high and low alarms, fault alarm, sample gas break alarm, zero gas break alarm, range gas break alarm, and flame extinguishing alarm.

Built in solenoid valve, the internal zero point, range, and sample solenoid valve can be turned into automatic execution, zero drift.

It can be calibrated through an automatic zero adjustment solenoid valve (with adjustable time intervals), which can achieve automatic zero adjustment and automatic calibration to check the automatic range.

Data can be transmitted to a remote workstation via RS232, which can store 10000 measurement values for future retrieval and querying.
