These types of anti-corrosion level gauges need to be selected based on comprehensive factors such as the on-site medium and working environment, procurement cost, and service life. Stainless steel PTFE magnetic flap level gauges have the advantages of high temperature and high pressure resistance, strong anti-corrosion ability, and long service life. PP anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge has strong anti-corrosion ability and high cost-effectiveness. The disadvantage is that it cannot withstand high temperature and high pressure environments.

Product Description: The HY-UHZ series magnetic flap level gauge is a product developed and produced by our company based on the magnetic level gauge standard HG/T21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, which has been introduced, absorbed, digested, and improved from similar products at home and abroad. It can be used for measuring the liquid level of media in various equipment such as towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, and boilers. The magnetic flap level gauge series can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and adapt to liquid level measurement under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive conditions. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, the display is eye-catching, and the readings are intuitive. Especially in the on-site indication section, as it does not come into direct contact with liquid media, it can better demonstrate its superiority over high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive media. Therefore, it is more reliable, safe, progressiveness and practical than the traditional glass tube type and plate type liquid level gauge.
The significant feature of this liquid level gauge is that the liquid medium is completely isolated from the indicator, making it very safe and durable in any situation. Moreover, various models of liquid level gauges are equipped with liquid level alarms and control switches, which can achieve upper and lower limit alarm control or interlocking of the liquid level or boundary; Equipped with a dry spring chipset liquid level transmitter, the liquid level and boundary signals can be converted into two-wire 4-20mADC standard signals, which can be transmitted to computers, regulators, and liquid level digital displays for remote indication, detection, recording, and control. This series of liquid level gauges is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various production processes such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food, and power.

Principle and Structure:
1. Working principle:
The working principle of a magnetic level gauge is based on Archimedes' law, which uses the principle that the weight of the float is equal to the weight of the volume of liquid displaced by the float to make the float containing magnetic steel change with the liquid level. The position of the magnetic field lines inside the float (i.e. the actual liquid level position) drives the flipping column and flipping plate through magnetic action. When the liquid level rises, the liquid phase turns red; When the liquid level drops, the gas phase turns white or black. Thus, it can prominently indicate changes in the liquid level inside the container.
⑵ The display panel is equipped with a ruler, which can directly read the liquid level height. A valve is installed at the lower end of the body for sampling and discharging.
2. Main structure:
⑴ (ordinary type), it is composed of components such as the body, float, panel frame, etc. The liquid level gauge is connected to the upper and lower flanges of the container, with a valve added in the middle and installed on one side. It is suitable for situations where insulation or cooling is not required and the medium does not corrode austenitic stainless steel.
⑵ (Insulation type), its structure is based on the (1) type, with the addition of insulation insulation sleeves, insulation connecting pipes, upper and lower insulation connecting pipes connected to the equipment insulation system. The required temperature can be achieved by opening the valve size.
⑶ (Side Top Type), it is composed of magnetic floating balls, buoys, side mounted body components, panel frames and other components, with the display position on the side top, suitable for high temperature, high viscosity media or side opening containers.
⑷ (Top mounted type), it is composed of panel frame, top mounted body components, guide tube, floating ball and other components, with the display position at the top, suitable for buried or top perforated storage tanks, and situations where the medium does not move much.
⑸ (Vacuum type), its structure adds a vacuum tube on the basis of ⑴ type, isolating the liquid level gauge body from the outside, suitable for insulation, heating, insulation, cooling and other occasions.
(6) (PTFE lined type), its structure is lined with PTFE on the basis of (1) type, suitable for corrosion resistant applications at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.

Note: When the installation of the level gauge is affected by the environment and the spatial position L1<300 is ordered, it should be clearly stated.
Features: Compared with ordinary glass tube and glass plate level gauges, it has the following characteristics:
The main components (body) of the liquid level gauge that come into direct contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel or other special materials, and the indicator components do not come into contact with the medium. Therefore, the use of this liquid level gauge is very safe and reliable for containers containing flammable, explosive, toxic, and corrosive media.
⑵ Adopting dual color (white for gas phase and red for liquid phase) flip column and flip plate display, the indication is continuous, intuitive and eye-catching, without blind spots, and there will be no false liquid level in any situation.
⑶ With fewer sealing surfaces, it reduces static seal leakage points by more than 95% compared to the original plate level gauge. Therefore, it overcomes the weak links of pressure vessel accessories running, emitting, dripping, and leaking in industries such as petroleum and chemical.
⑷ Simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, large range, high design pressure, long service life, and wide applicability.
Magnetic float level gauge can replace multiple glass plate level gauges with one level gauge, and installation and use are extremely convenient. At the same time, using the liquid level remote transmitter and alarm automatic controller developed by our factory, it is possible to achieve automatic upper and lower limit alarm and monitoring.
Installation and maintenance:
1. Installation requirements:
The liquid level gauge must be installed vertically with a deviation of ≤ 3mm.
When the measuring range of the liquid level gauge exceeds 4.5 meters, an intermediate support should be added between the upper and lower flanges.
⑶ There should be no magnetic absorbing materials within a distance of 100mm from the cylinder.
When installing the float into the cylinder, do not invert the float up and down (with the magnetic end on top).
After carefully checking whether the bolts at each connection are tightened, the instrument can be put into use.
In addition to installing according to the above requirements, the insulation type liquid level gauge must also be connected to a cooling or heating system.
⑺ For underground level gauges, first install the conduit in the underground container, then install the connected float, float ball, and connecting rod into the conduit, and finally install the upper half.
