measuring principle

The structure of a mass flowmeter is a double bend tube structure, and its measurement principle is to detect the mass flow rate in the pipeline by measuring the Coriolis force (referred to as Coriolis force) acting on the double bend tube.

When two conditions are met: (1) the double bend pipe vibrates at a certain frequency, and (2) there is fluid flow in the pipe, a new force - Coriolis force - will be generated. This force is an additional force generated by the combination of pipe vibration and pipe fluid flow, which generates torque on the bend pipe, causing the center line of the bend pipe to twist symmetrically. By using displacement sensors on both sides of the bend to detect its electrical signal, and then processing the electrical signal, the mass flow rate can be directly obtained.
