The ZJ type three leaf Roots vacuum pump product is a rotary volumetric vacuum pump. Two three bladed rotors maintain a certain gap with the pump chamber, and a pair of synchronous reverse rotating gears prevent the two rotors from contacting each other and maintain a certain gap when rotating in the pump chamber. The schematic diagram on the right shows the structure of the pump. From Figure I to IV, the rotor rotates in the pump chamber and completes a suction and exhaust process.

The advantage of Roots vacuum pump is that it still has a high pumping rate at lower inlet pressures, but Roots vacuum pump cannot be used alone and must be used in conjunction with the preceding vacuum pump.
