Structural features:
Except for the motor, all other components of this machine are made of high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials such as 304 or 316L, which are suitable for filtering various pH acid and alkali solutions. This machine applies pressure sealed filtration, with low loss of filtrate, good filtration quality, and high efficiency. The filtration section consists of ten layers of filter plates, with a large filtration area and high flow rate; And according to the different production processes (initial filtration, activated carbon removal, particle removal, semi fine filtration, fine filtration) requirements of the filtered solution, different filter membranes can be replaced, and the number of filter plate layers can be appropriately reduced or increased according to the user's production flow rate to meet production needs. Therefore, this machine has the characteristic of being versatile and widely applicable; The filter plate adopts a flat threaded mesh shape with advanced structure, no deformation, easy cleaning, which can effectively increase the service life of various filter membranes, thereby reducing and saving production costs. The stainless steel infusion pump equipped on this machine has a small motor and low power consumption. The machine base is equipped with rubber wheels, which are easy to operate and flexible to move, and can be used for mobility. (This machine has the same specifications, model, number of layers, and flow rate as the old model, which is 2T/h-3T/h. This machine has been produced with models TYY-200 and TYY-300-TYY-400.).
