It is a new type of laminated plate and frame liquid filter developed by our company, manufactured based on years of practical experience in filter production. This machine is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum environmental protection, and is a device for filtering, clarifying, and purifying small impurities in various liquids.

Structural Description

1. The maximum pressure of this machine can withstand 0.5 and 0.6 Mpa without liquid leakage. Due to the use of mechanical compression and fully enclosed flange connection, leakage is eliminated. The horizontal plate and frame filter is sealed with silicone, which is prone to liquid leakage under high pressure. Rotary compression is used, and silicone itself is soft, so leakage cannot be guaranteed.
2. The maximum flow rate of this machine is 200T/h, and the minimum is 4T/h. As the machine enters from the inlet DN40 or DN50, DN80, DN100, DN120, it is divided into two to three outlets to enter the filter (machine). In addition, there are seven or eight holes in the middle of each layer of flange to enter the inner cavity for filtration, and then the middle small flange has multiple holes to exit. The outlet is DN40 or DN50, DN80, DN100, DN120, which fully ensures the inflow and outflow of liquid, thus ensuring a high flow rate. Shortened the filtration cycle, while the horizontal plate frame filter has a small inlet, and coupled with the fact that only one small rectangular hole enters the inlet of the mesh plate, it is difficult to ensure high flow rate. (Each layer has a frame height of 1.5cm-10cm and a width of 1cm-2cm).
3. This machine has a large filtration area, with a maximum size of 40 square meters. It has a large area, small volume, and occupies a small area. The machine uses dual mesh plates for filtration, while the filter surface is large and the volume is small. The horizontal plate and frame filter can also have a large area, with a large volume consisting of dozens of layers, while the stacked plate and frame filter only consists of twenty layers.
4. This machine can store up to 3-300 kilograms of activated carbon at once, which solves the problem of storing powdered activated carbon in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. However, the horizontal plate and frame filter can store carbon horizontally, which cannot ensure sufficient storage inside the frame. The stacked plate and frame filter can ensure sufficient storage inside the frame when stored horizontally. The stacked plate and frame filter, as well as the circulation reflux system and the drain valve inside the filter, are ideal equipment for filtering activated carbon in the industry. The inner shell and chassis of this machine form a closed inner cavity. The liquid enters the inner cavity through multiple holes on the outer flange of the medicine barrel under pressure, passes through the filter plate, and exits through multiple holes on the middle small flange. The qualified liquid is discharged through the outlet. The filter material of this machine can be selected from polypropylene filter membrane, reinforced filter membrane, filter paper, filter cloth, etc. The filter membrane of this machine can be selected according to the user's requirements.
