Bag filterIt is a versatile filtering device with a novel structure, small size, convenient and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, and strong applicability. A bag filter is a pressure filtration device mainly composed of a filter barrel body, a filter barrel cover, a quick opening mechanism, a stainless steel filter basket, filter bags, and other components. The filter bag is supported by a stainless steel filter basket inside the filter, and the liquid flows into the filter bag through the side inlet of the filter housing. After being filtered by the filter bag, it flows out from the outlet, and impurities are intercepted in the filter bag. The replacement of filter bags in this device is very fast, and the filtration process does not consume much material.
Filter bag matching:
Different filter media require the selection of different filter bags to achieve optimal performance. The filtration accuracy ranges from 0.5 μ m to 200 μ m. The filter bag materials that can be equipped include polypropylene, polyester, nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene, stainless steel, etc. The commonly used sizes are: Φ 180 * 430, Φ 180 * 810, and Φ 106 * 380.

According to your usage requirements, we recommend the DL-1P1S single bag filter with a theoretical flow rate of 20T/h. Due to the viscosity of the filtered liquid, a slightly larger filter should be selected for the theoretical flow rate. The filter bag is made of PE material, with a precision of 500 mesh to ensure that activated carbon particles above 500 mesh can be trapped inside the filter bag. The diameter of bag filter No.1 is 219mm, with a total height of approximately 1000mm. The inlet and outlet sizes can be customized according to your requirements.
