Filtration: The liquid to be filtered enters the filter through the inlet. During the filtration process, impurities in the water accumulate on the stainless steel filter mesh, and the impurities in the inner layer gradually accumulate, resulting in a pressure difference between the inner and outer sides. The pressure difference switch is used to monitor the pressure difference changes at the inlet and outlet;

Cleaning: When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process will be activated: the electronic control system sends a signal, and the cylinder (motor) starts working, driving the scraper or brush to rotate and remove impurities;

Discharge: After a certain period of time, the discharge valve opens and starts discharging. The discharge time is set according to the quality and value of the filtrate.

The entire control can also be improved according to customer requirements.
