Good maintenance can greatly extend the lifespan of equipment and ensure product quality.

1. Daily maintenance (must be carried out after each use)

Cleaning: This is the most important step! After the equipment is used up, it must be cleaned immediately to prevent the material from drying, hardening, and clumping, making it difficult to clean.

Disconnect the power supply.

Disassemble detachable components such as hoppers, molds, grinding discs, and cutters.

Clean all parts in contact with the material with food grade cleaning agents and a soft cloth (or brush), and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Dry all components with a cloth or place them in a well ventilated area to prevent rusting.

Surface wiping: Wipe the outer surface of the machine with a damp cloth to maintain overall cleanliness.

2. Weekly/Regular Maintenance

Lubrication of moving parts: According to the instructions, regularly add food grade lubricating oil to moving parts such as bearings and gears. Attention: Do not contaminate the area in direct contact with the material with lubricating oil.

3. Long term disuse for maintenance
