GQ76 blood tube centrifuge is a small tube centrifuge used in industries such as schools, laboratories, and research institutes. It is a separation machine with high separation factors. Suitable for solid-liquid separation with low concentration, small particles, high viscosity, and small ratio difference between two media. The chassis of this machine is made of stainless steel, and all parts that come into contact with materials inside the machine are made of 316L stainless steel.
The working principle of a blood tube centrifuge is based on high-speed rotation and centrifugal force. During work, the blood to be separated is placed into a centrifuge tank, and then the motor is started to rotate the centrifuge tank at high speed. Due to the fast rotation speed, the centrifugal force generated forces the blood to undergo stratified motion due to the difference in specific gravity of each component. Components with higher specific gravity (such as blood cells) will deposit on the drum wall, while components with lower specific gravity (such as plasma) will continuously flow out from the outlet at the upper end of the machine, thus achieving the purpose of separation.

The heavier components are on the outer drum wall (to be cleaned after stopping the machine), while the liquid continuously flows out from the outlet at the upper end of the machine body.
