Overview

Operation Method
1. When using various centrifuges, it is necessary to accurately balance the centrifuge tubes and their contents on a balance in advance. The weight difference during balancing must not exceed the range specified in the instructions of each centrifuge. Each centrifuge has its own allowable difference for different rotors, and a single number of tubes cannot be loaded in the rotors. When the rotors are only partially loaded, the tubes must be symmetrically placed in the rotors to evenly distribute the load around them.
2. When centrifuging at a temperature lower than room temperature. The rotary head should be placed in the refrigerator or in the rotary head chamber of the centrifuge for pre cooling before use.
3. During the centrifugation process, it is not allowed to leave at will. The instruments on the centrifuge should be observed at all times to ensure that they are working properly. If there is any abnormal sound, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting should be promptly carried out.
4. Each rotary head has its own high allowable speed and cumulative usage *. When using the rotary head, please refer to the instruction manual and do not use it at excessive speed. Each rotary head must have a usage record, recording the accumulated usage time. If it exceeds the high usage limit of the rotary head, it must be used at a reduced speed according to regulations.
5. When loading solutions, it is necessary to follow the specific operating instructions of various centrifuges. Suitable centrifuge tubes should be selected according to the properties and volume of the liquid to be centrifuged. Some centrifuge tubes do not have lids, and the liquid should not be loaded too much to prevent it from being thrown out during centrifugation, causing rotor imbalance, rust, or corrosion. For the centrifuge tubes of a preparation type ultracentrifuge, it is often required to fill the liquid completely to prevent the upper part of the plastic centrifuge tube from sinking and deforming during centrifugation. After each use, the rotor must be carefully inspected, cleaned and dried in a timely manner. The rotor is a key component that needs to be protected in the centrifuge. When moving it, be careful not to collide to avoid scratches. When the rotor is not used for a long time, it should be coated with a layer of gloss wax for protection. It is strictly prohibited to use centrifuge tubes that have undergone significant deformation, damage or aging.
