At the same time, under the action of hot air and negative pressure, it is heated! The 100000 level clean hot air supplied by the wind cabinet passes through the core, passes through the bottom sieve holes, and is then discharged from the air door, allowing the coating medium to quickly dry on the surface of the core, forming a strong, dense, and smooth surface film. The entire process is automatically completed under PLC control.
