Bubble wrap packaging machine is currently the main product packaging machinery in the pharmaceutical machinery industry. Aluminum plastic and aluminum aluminum bubble wrap panels are commonly used as packaging materials for medicine granules, capsules, and other items. The bubble wrap surface and sealing surface of the aluminum aluminum bubble wrap panel are both made of aluminum material. Bubble wrap packaging machines usually use feeding devices to load sheet or capsule shaped materials into pre formed bubble covers, and then enter a heat sealing device to heat seal the sealing surface of the aluminum material with the bubble cover surface to form a connected bubble wrap material strip. Then, traceable identification is marked by a batch marking device, and the set requirements are pressed by an indentation device. Finally, the connected bubble wrap material strip is punched into commercial blocks by a punching device and output.

Adopting Siemens SIMOTION motion control system, integrating optics, electronics, coaxialization of workstations, and flexible and intelligent operation of equipment workstations.
