Application of gypsum baking for tire casting molds
Due to the large size of the tire gypsum mold and the need for splicing and repair, this drying process requires secondary drying before pouring. Developing a scientifically reasonable drying process is not only beneficial for the rapid drying of the mold, but also ensures that the tire gypsum mold will not crack due to rapid drying. It is generally recommended that the MAX drying temperature be 220 ℃, and the specific drying procedure may vary depending on the size of the gypsum mold.

Technical parameters of gypsum casting oven for car tire molds:
1. Air supply method: forced air circulation
2. Heating rate: Room temperature+40~Max 300 ℃, 250 ℃ takes about 55-60 minutes (empty box test)

6. Air duct design: It adopts a combination of two side air ducts and a top air duct circulation, with double doors and door buckles fixed with pull rod type seals. Foam high-temperature resistant silicone sealing strips are used for sealing. Different air guide plates are installed in the two side air ducts to control the side air flow of hot air circulation and achieve a more uniform temperature inside the box.
7. Baking structure: An aluminum solid disk with a diameter of 1300mm and a thickness of 22mm is installed on the internal chassis of the oven, which can carry more than 800 kilograms. It is supported by a shaft with a diameter of 80mm and driven by a 0.75KW variable frequency speed motor. It is installed in the electrical box and driven by a chain.
