DQG series temperature measurement and control system for nitrogen filled oven:
The nitrogen filling oven adopts a temperature controller (currently a cost-effective instrument on the market), and the product adopts a comprehensive electromagnetic compatibility design and a user-friendly menu design, making the equipment operation completely foolproof and achieving excellent temperature control effect. Dual screen high brightness wide window digital display, clear and intuitive indication. Microcomputer intelligent control, after setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating power and displays the heating status, with precise and stable temperature control. Overtemperature alarm and automatic cut-off of heating power supply. There is a timer function, with a timer time of up to 9999 minutes.

1) This equipment consists of a chamber, heating system, electrical control system, air supply system, nitrogen filling system, protection system, etc.
2) The box is made using standard equipment and industry manufacturing processes, with smooth lines and a beautiful appearance.
3) The studio is made of stainless steel material, and the outer box of the nitrogen filled oven is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. The product shell is sprayed with metal paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant, suitable for color matching in high-end laboratories.
4) The shelves in the studio are not adjustable.
5) The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, with a insulation layer thickness of>70mm, good insulation effect, and high-performance insulation structure. There is an inner cavity, inner shell, ultra-fine glass fiber, aluminum reflective aluminum foil, and air interlayer from inside to outside, with less heat loss in the inner cavity. The unique structure of the inner and outer compartments, as well as the door liner, greatly reduces the transfer of heat from the inner cavity.
6) High performance sealing materials and unique rubber sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, with good sealing, high temperature resistance and aging resistance.
7) The air duct inside the box adopts a dual circulation system, consisting of a stainless steel multi wing centrifugal fan and a circulating air duct. The heat of the electric heater placed at the back of the box is discharged forward through the side air duct, and then sucked in by the centrifugal fan at the back after passing through the dry material, forming a reasonable air duct that can fully circulate the hot air and achieve a uniform temperature limit of MAX inside the box. Improved the ability of air flow heating and significantly improved the temperature uniformity of the drying oven.

1) Programmable LCD controller, capable of adjustable heating rate and insulation time, with an additional 18 programmable segments.
2) The nitrogen filling oven has an independent temperature limiting controller that can immediately cut off heating in the event of high equipment temperature rise after the main controller fails.
3) Paperless recorder, capable of displaying device temperature in monochrome curves, bar charts, numbers, mixing, recalling, alarms, etc., for centralized display, storage, printing, management, analysis, USB interface, recording interval: 1 second to 1 minute, storage space: long-term recording can reach more than half a year. As an upgraded product of ordinary paper recorders.
4) Equipped with RS-485 interface, it can connect computers and recorders to achieve real-time monitoring of work status.
5) The temperature testing hole can be used to insert different testing lines or instruments into the equipment workshop for various experiments. The diameter of the testing hole can be selected from ¢ 25, ¢ 50, and ¢ 80.
6) Load carriers, the standard equipment configuration is 2 load carriers, and customers can increase the number of carriers according to specific requirements.
