The controller adopts the principle of electromechanical level control and measures the material level in contact. When there is no material in the blade part of the silo, the level indicator is powered on, the indicator light is on, and the blade rotates counterclockwise; When there is material in the blade part of the silo, the rotation of the blade is blocked, and the control signal is converted, then the power supply of the level indicator motor is disconnected. This state is maintained until there is no material in the blade part, and the level indicator automatically resets. The motor power is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the blade starts to rotate, and the control signal is switched.

Installation method.
1. Measure the liquid level of bucket shaped tanks using rod or cable probes:

Note: The probe rod or cable should avoid the opening and feeding port, and the probe rod or cable should be parallel to the warehouse wall. The distance between the warehouse wall should be greater than 200mm.
2. Measure the liquid level of a horizontal tank using a coaxial probe:

Note: Non barrel shaped tanks and non-metallic wall tanks can be measured using coaxial probes.
3. Measure the liquid level of a spherical tank using a connector:

Note: Spherical tanks and other irregularly shaped tanks can be measured using connectors.
4. Use heavy-duty cable to probe the material level of powder or fine particle silos:

Note: The probe should avoid the feeding port. When the warehouse wall is made of concrete, the grounding terminal of the sensor housing should be reliably connected to the concrete reinforcement with a wire.

Installation requirements:
1. The RF admittance switch can be installed vertically or horizontally.
2. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the center probe and shielding layer of the sensor are not in contact with the container wall (or installation pipe), have good insulation, the installation thread is firmly connected to the container wall, the electrical connection is good, and the shielding layer of the probe should enter the interior of the container.
3. For occasions with mixing, the probe needs to be supported or anchored (the fixed end should be insulated from the probe). The instrument inlet for horizontal installation must be downward, and the explosion-proof pipe for vertical installation must be bottom of the drainage outlet of the inlet to prevent water accumulation in the explosion-proof pipe from endangering the electronic unit of the instrument.
4. Instruments installed according to explosion-proof requirements must be equipped with certified sealing stuffing boxes or explosion-proof steel pipe sealing joints for each wiring connected to the explosion-proof enclosure.
5. Please consult our company and agents for certified sealing stuffing boxes or explosion-proof pipe sealing joint products. The instrument installation area requires lightning protection devices to prevent lightning strikes.
6. The ripple of 24VDC power supply shall not exceed 200mV.
7. The power grounding wire should be connected to the standard ground or standard ground instrument ground, and should not be connected to the power ground.

Installation precautions:
1. The installation position should not be too close to the feeding port, otherwise false echoes may be received during feeding.
3. For cylindrical raw coal bunkers, they should be installed at half the radius of the cylinder, and the sensor should be aligned with the discharge port.
3. Wiring
