The DZL series steam boiler consists of a main body, chain grate, front arch, rear arch, lightweight furnace wall, steel frame, and insulation layer. The main body consists of a pot shell, a smoke box, water-cooled wall tubes, a downcomer, and two side lower headers. The tube plate adopts a fully welded structure. The chain grate adopts a lightweight chain ten grate, thickened grate plates, and segmented independent air supply. This boiler has the following characteristics:

One Reasonable air distribution, flexible adjustment, and can be adjusted freely according to combustion conditions.

II Thickened grate plates provide higher strength, are less prone to breakage, have a longer lifespan, and require longer maintenance cycles.

III The furnace arch has a wide coverage and fast pressure and temperature rise.
