Ultra-low nitrogenGas BoilerAdopting a horizontal three return wet back structure, large corrugated furnace chamber and patented threaded smoke tube technology, equipped with international first-line brand combustion engines and valve groups, independently developed high matching PLC control system, multiple interlocking protection functions, and comprehensive protection of equipment operation safety and reliability.Introducing the low nitrogen combustion technology of flue gas recirculation (FGR), about 10%~30% of the flue gas (temperature about 170 ℃) at the tail of the boiler is sucked into the inlet of the combustion engine through stainless steel flue gas pipes, mixed with combustion air, and then enters the furnace. Thereby reducing the temperature in the combustion zone and lowering the concentration of oxygen in the combustion zone, ultimately reducing the generation of thermal NOx and achieving a nitrogen oxide emission of less than 30mg/m3 in the flue gas at the rear of the boiler.
