1. Overview

a. Connect the power ground (black) to BEST-12 ground
b. Connect the power supply (red) to the current electrode
c. The input of BEST-12 picoammeter is connected to the other end of the current electrode
d. The input of BEST-13 electrostatic meter is connected to both ends of the voltage electrode. During testing, the voltage electrode near the positive polarity end of the current is connected to the input core wire of the electrostatic meter, and the other voltage electrode is connected to the ground wire of BEST-13.
