BC-40A Total Organic Carbon Analyzer is a high-precision total organic carbon analyzer independently developed by Beijing Beiguang Jingyi Company. The product uses conductivity difference detection technology, which has high detection accuracy and short response time. The product complies with national regulations and standards, and can meet the online and offline testing requirements for pharmaceutical water, injection water, ultrapure water, and deionized water.
One Working principle of pharmaceutical water pure water TOC analyzer
This instrument adopts the principle of ultraviolet oxidation to oxidize organic matter in the sample into carbon dioxide. The direct conductivity method is used to test the carbon dioxide content. The total organic carbon content is determined by measuring the difference between the total carbon content of the sample that has undergone oxidation reaction and the total inorganic carbon content of the sample that has not undergone oxidation reaction, that is, total organic carbon (TOC)=total carbon (TC) - total inorganic carbon (TIC).

High performance CPU, touch screen intelligent control, with offline analysis and online analysis optional functions, equipped with an external printer, humanized design concept, no need to open the chassis to replace UV lamps and pump tubes, simple and convenient operation, realizing the localization of analytical instruments. Complies with Appendix VIII R of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition for the determination of total organic carbon in pharmaceutical water, meeting the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia for instruments: ① TOC=TC-TIC, ② system suitability test, ③ detection sensitivity (equal to or less than 0.001mg/L).
