1. Overview
When measuring the resistivity of conductive materials using three or two electrodes, the accuracy of the measurement may be affected by the surface resistance between the electrodes and the measured material. This device uses the four electrode method to measure the volume resistivity of conductive and anti-static materials, which can overcome the error caused by surface contact resistance,
