The continuous countercurrent extraction unit is easy to operate and fully automated for production. The continuous countercurrent extraction unit is composed of a belt quantitative conveyor, a feeding system, an extraction pipe, a continuous slag discharge machine, an extrusion dryer, a continuous slag liquid separator, a slag solvent recovery system, a low-temperature concentration system, etc. According to the different material production capacity required by customers, we design extraction tubes with different lengths and diameters. Generally, the length of extraction tubes is16---30Meter, with a diameter of300---1000mmUltrasonic assisted extraction can be added according to customer needs; The extraction pipe sections are equipped with jacket devices that can be heated with hot water vapor, and the temperature can be adjusted and controlled from low to high temperature for extraction.
