Product Description
The ultrasonic countercurrent extraction unit was invented and designed based on the production theory and laws of modern natural products, especially traditional Chinese medicine, after years of research and development. This unit is composed of a certain number of leaching single tanks with special devices and external heating jackets connected to the conveying and infusion pipelines (increasing the stroke is to create the largest concentration difference). The extraction temperature can be appropriately selected according to the characteristics of the material. The heat carrier is generally steam, hot water, or thermal oil (for easy self-control at low temperatures). According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine extraction, the optimal temperature for extracting medicinal materials is about 80 degrees Celsius to maintain the heat sensitive components from being destroyed, prevent starch and other substances from leaching, and reduce the difficulty of the next filtration process.
The ultrasonic countercurrent extraction unit is a countercurrent process, in which the medicinal materials are automatically quantitatively added from the feeding port, and the solvent is injected in a controlled amount from the inlet. Under the push of a special device, the leachate and medicinal materials form a continuous countercurrent extraction process in opposite directions. The extract that flows out from the front of Zui is fully leached with active ingredients, while the residue that is discharged from behind Zui contains almost no active ingredients, and then enters the juicer or solvent recovery device for clean processing, which is both economical and efficient. The entire system is a closed system, suitable for both volatile organic solvent leaching and water solvent leaching, clean and hygienic, with automatic feeding and slag discharge, and easy operation. Cleaning can be done by opening the upper door cover, which meets GMP requirements.
