The method of debugging electromagnetic flowmeter,Before debugging the electromagnetic flowmeter, a complete inspection of the pipeline and steam flowmeter should be carried out, including the removal of dirt and other debris from the pipeline. Oil soluble medium pipelines also need to be dry and agitated.
The inspection before debugging also includes the inspection of electrical equipment routes. The grounding device of the route should be inspected first to ensure the reliability of the grounding device before proceeding with the inspection of other routes to prevent damage to the instrument and equipment caused by the capacitive effect of the route, storage power consumption, or measurement of switch power supply. In addition, it is necessary to conduct grounding resistance and grounding resistance testing.
Water supply debugging
Before announcing the commissioning of instruments for measuring water-soluble media, suspended liquids, or oil soluble media, they should simulate the temperature, working pressure, water flow rate, and other standards of the specific measuring medium to carry out water commissioning. If any abnormalities occur during the entire process of the water experiment, or if the main parameters are missing, the instrument should be tested for competitiveness or sent to the production enterprise for calibration.
System commissioning
After the electromagnetic flowmeter has completed the single selection function water flow detection and various preparations for server operation and debugging, system debugging can be carried out. Oil soluble medium pipelines must undergo dry side testing before entering the tested medium for system operation.
Electromagnetic flow meters need to be debugged before use, and the debugging methods include the following:
Before debugging, you need to unscrew the protective cover to see the zeroing and full range resistors, external standard power supply, and ammeter(0.2 pole or above), you can debug according to the following steps:
1. In the absence of liquid in the sensor, adjust the zero point resistor to output a current of 4mA;
2. Add liquid to the sensor to the full range, adjust the full range resistor to output a current of 20mA;
3. Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal;
4. After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.

1. During transportation and storage, the original packaging should be restored and stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse.
2. When connecting the power supply, strictly follow the wiring instructions provided by Zhongkai Company.
